If there is a third party for profit Corporation asking you for your social security number like:

• An apartment complex
• Credit issuer
• Bank

Then provide them the SSN disclosure notice and or the affidavit to let them know that you are not required by law to provide your SSN number in order to be accepted for housing or banking since social security numbers are not required to be disclosed for identity purposes.

You will notice on number (2) of, “Affidavit of complaining victim of a felony”it’s making a statement of fact that you are not a United States citizen nor have you ever been.

The “United States” Corporation is located in the District of Columbia. Were you born in the District of Columbia? Yes or No? If you were not born in the District of Columbia you are not a United States citizen or resident.

Since you are a natural born citizen of one of the several states of the union, it becomes a fact that you are not actually a United States citizen regardless of whether you currently understand that or not.

Social Security Number Disclosure & Usage

Section 7 of the Privacy Act (found at 5 U.S.C. § 552a note (Disclosure of Social Security Number)) provides that:

“It shall be unlawful for any Federal, State or local government agency to deny to any individual any right, benefit, or privilege provided by law because of such individual’s refusal to disclose his social security account number.” Sec. 7(a)(1). In the event that you should come into any controversy associated with using your credit privacy number, let it be know that the privacy number has been registered with the IRS as a credit partner for trade in commerce.

Provide any questioning third party the IRS EIN document that was created on your behalf through a power of attorney.

Provide any party the:

• “Affidavit of complaining victim of a felony” (You want to have already had the affidavit signed and witnessed by a notary)
